No, submitting feedback will not interrupt your current tasks or cause you to lose any work. The entire process is designed to be non-disruptive, allowing you to report an issue or provide a suggestion the moment you encounter it without breaking your workflow.
Here’s how the system ensures your work is safe:
It Works as an Overlay: When you click the "Feedback & Support" button, the feedback widget opens as an overlay on top of your current screen. It does not navigate you to a new page or reload your current one. All your work, including any data you have entered or filters you have applied, remains active and untouched in the background.
Self-Contained Process: The entire feedback submission process—from taking a screenshot and annotating it to writing your comments and submitting the report—happens within the widget itself.
Seamless Return to Your Task: Once you click "Submit" or simply close the widget, it will disappear, and you will be returned to the exact same screen you were on, with no loss of data or position. You can immediately continue with your task right where you left off.
The feature is intentionally designed this way so you can report an issue in context, at the very moment it occurs, without worrying about losing your place or having to recreate your steps later.
