The User Feedback feature is designed to be accessible from all major sections and pages of the LoanCheckr platform.
Our goal is to make it as easy as possible for you to provide feedback the moment you think of it, without having to navigate to a specific "Contact Us" or "Support" page. By having the feature available globally, you can report an issue or suggest an improvement in context, right where you are working.
How to Locate the Feature
You should see a consistent button or tab, likely labeled "Feedback & Support," in a fixed position on your screen (for example, on the right-hand side or at the bottom). This button remains visible as you navigate through different dashboards, client profiles, and reporting tools within the platform.
When you click it, the widget will launch as an overlay on your current page, automatically capturing a screenshot of that specific screen for context.
The Importance of Global Access
This consistent availability is intentional. It ensures that if you encounter a bug on a specific reporting page or have an idea for an improvement while working in a client's file, you can capture that feedback immediately. You won't have to try and remember the details later or describe which page you were on, because the tool already knows.
In short, you can count on the User Feedback feature being there whenever and wherever you need it across the platform.
