Here is a step-by-step guide to reporting an issue:

  1. Locate the Feedback Widget: On your LoanCheckr dashboard, look for the "Feedback & Support" button. This is typically located on the side or at the bottom of your screen.

  2. Open the Widget and Choose an Option: Click the button to open the feedback widget. You will be presented with options to:

    • Report a data issue
    • Suggest a feature
    • Send general feedback
  3. Select "Data issue".

  4. Capture and Annotate Your Screen: The tool will automatically take a screenshot of your current page. You can now use the built-in annotation tools to provide more context:

    • Draw/Highlight: Use the drawing or highlighting tools to circle the specific area on the screen where the issue occurred.
