Can I edit the text in the template email?

Unfortunately no.

For now, we are leaving them as fixed templates as ensuring the notification size correctly with different platforms (PC, Mac, Android & iPhone) means that we have a limited scope of what can change and how without ruining the end user experience (your customers!).

For that reason, we are leaving them fixed.

But we are working on a future solution where limited text editing is available to our brokers (without removing key data about why the notification is going out).
