How do I turn notifications on or off?

You will need to navigate to: Settings > Notifications > Notification Preferences


In this section, you can toggle notifications for 'Push' (within the app browser window for the broker only) and 'Email' (emails that go to the broker and/or the client). 


These are 'global' settings which means that if you turn off emails for the "Annual Review" notification, then none of your users will receive an annual review notification.


To be able to toggle the notification settings on a 'user-by-user' basis, go to: Settings > Notifications > Client Preferences


Here you can toggle each notification type (email or push) based on the individual client.


These are known an 'user level' settings.
