Do I have any control over what notifications are sent or when they are sent?


Yes, you can control what notifications are sent.


We have toggles in the notification settings menu that allow you to decide which notifications do or don't go out to clients.


You can also control whether you receive push notifications about your clients also.

In relation to the second part of the question, no, you cannot control when they are sent.


This is because they are event driven notifications.

e.g. The annual review notification is triggered by the anniversary of the settlement date.


If you don't want that to happen, you can either turn off the notification for that customer or blanket change whether that notification goes out to all or none of your customers. 


Can I turn some off if I don't want them?


Yes!


They can be turned off under: Settings > Notification Settings


On this screen, you can choose whether you change the local setting (i.e. the setting for a specific client) or the global setting (i.e. the setting for all of your clients).
