Can these notifications go directly to my clients, and if so, do they look like they're from me or from LoanCheckr?

That is completely up to you!

Our product offers you the ability to completely brand your notifications with:

• Broker Name and Contact Details
• Broker Headshot
• Company Logo
• Company Primary Colour

If you make the most of these items, LoanCheckr will be the last thing your customer will be bothered by.

We want them knowing that you're the absolute legend keeping an eye on everything and showing them you care about where they are at in their journey.

If you do not load that information onto LoanCheckr then the customer will see your name and contact details, but the logo and company primary colour will default to LoanCheckr and the headshot will be a blank space.

We highly recommend self-branding on our notifications as it's one of the best ways to remain 'sticky' with your clients!
