LoanCheckr's pricing is not a flat fee per connected loan but is based on a tiered structure. The cost per loan decreases as the number of active home loan accounts you manage increases.
Here is a breakdown of the pricing tiers:
- For 0-100 Active Home Loan Accounts: You pay $0.75 per account, with no base cost.
- For 101-200 Active Home Loan Accounts: There is a base cost of $75, and each account over 100 is an additional $0.70.
- For 201-300 Active Home Loan Accounts: The base cost is $145, plus $0.65 for each account over 200.
- For 301 or more Active Home Loan Accounts: A base cost of $210 is applied, with each account over 300 costing an additional $0.55.
A key feature of this model is that it allows for unlimited users on an account, so you can add your entire team without incurring extra per-user fees.
The pricing is tied directly to the number of loans you are actively managing, a system they refer to as "Volume Advantage Pricing." Please note that a 10% Goods and Services Tax (GST) is added to the total cost.
